Valves & Strainers - Globe Valve

A rising stem valve suitable for isolation or throttling duties.
An O ring seal in the valve seat provides a leak proof seal for perfect shut off.
A shaped disc & precision moulded passage through the valve seat give an excellent progressive characteristic as the valve is opened.
The slow & steady increase in flow as the valve is opened avoids water hammer & suits the valve to start up as well as flow control applications.
Manufactured from chemical & corrosion resistant PVC or CPVC materials there are no internal metal components to corrode or contaminate the process fluid.
Seat & seal materials are available in Buna-N, EPDM or FKM (Viton) to suit the application.
The valve is fully maintainable through the bonnet without removal from the pipework.
Internal repair kits are readily available.
Available in IPS sizes of 2.1/2", 3', 4", & 6" with ANSI150 flanges.
We supply ANSI150 van stone flanges if required for simple installation.
The valve is operated by a comfortable high impact polypropylene handle & a robust acme thread for precision & durability.
